Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms. spinjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts where inaccurate information is discovered, and to withhold any funds held in such accounts pending verification.
In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), spinjili is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before allowing continued gameplay. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) banking business days. All transactions on the spinjili platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made in PHP. spinjili does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
